Description:
Galiano Island is just a 45 minute trip by ferry from Tsawwassen terminal on the Vancouver mainland. A short 10 minute drive and you'll arrive at this comfortable home in the heart of the island.  The house is approximately 2800 sq ft and has 4 generously sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  The property is completely fenced as is the giant pond and there are many areas for play.  Families of all ages will also enjoy the rural and forested setting.

Very large kitchen with large amounts of counter space; pass through to dining area; stove; fridge/freezer; dishwasher.

Large living room with doors to deck; comfortable furniture.

Very large master bedroom; king size bed.

First bathroom is large with separate sit down shower stall;

2nd bedroom; faces the pond; queen bed

3rd bedroom; double bed;

4th bedroom 2 twin beds

Second bathroom is 4 piece.

Tenants need to supply own sheets; towels; house has pillows and blankets.
TV ; VCR; Radio; no cable; some family videos;books; NO barbeque available.

$1200/week

$400 Security deposit
