A wonderful spot for your large group or family gatherings. This large property boasts a four bedroom country style main house and a small cottage.

It is located close to the ferry and shops and is just across the road from Whaler Bay and a dock for your boat. The island has a golf course with modest daily rates, many arts and crafts shops, two provincial parks and many places for a cyclist to explore.

The Main House includes four bedrooms, three on the second floor, two with double beds and one with twin beds One bedroom on the 3rd floor has two bunk beds and a pull-out sofa. Large living room contains a second pull out sofa. There is a dining area off the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and there are a washer and dryer.

The Cottage has a loft bedroom with a double bed, a sun room with 2 single bunk beds (28 inch), a kitchen and a small siting room and bathroom.

The Cottage:

2 persons plus up to 2 children: $880/ week
Over 2 add $25/ night per adult
Add $10/night kids 2-16 

$250 security deposit.

The House:

Up to 6 persons $1450/week High Season
Additional adults add $25/night ($150)

Additional kids 2-16 add $10/night
Balance of year: $1200/ week

$400 security deposit.
