Lambert LakeA scenic one hour ferry ride from the town of Parksville on Vancouver Island ,brings you to the island of Lasqueti which lies at the south end of Texada Island in the Strait of Georgia. As the ferry is a passenger only ferry the owners of this spectacular property will arrange to loan you a station wagon for your stay. Lasqueti is host to an Arts Festival and band concerts are held throughout the summer. If you wish to bring your boat, moorage can be arranged at Scotty Bay Provincial Marine Park . Moorage is also available at Cocktail Cove. Surrounded by new and old growth forest the peace and quiet of the property is the first thing you’ll notice. The 3 structures on the property were all built with cedar from the land and the green house and vegetable garden produce can be shared with the guests. View spectacular sunsets and moon trails from any of the many decks on both the main house and other accommodation. |
