This low bank oceanfront villa complex is a five minute drive from the ferry dock and the Pender Island Golf and Country Club.

If you arrive on the island at Port Washington by seaplane or private boat it’s a short walk to the main house. The house is located about ten minutes by car from the Driftwood Centre where you'll find an 8000 square foot chain grocery store, large pharmacy, liquor store, bakery and several other shops. There is a gas station with mechanic located here as well.

Kayaks, horseback riding, tennis courts, fishing, biking and beach combing are all available to add to your holiday enjoyment.
