invite you to enjoy Herons House located in what many Salt Spring
“South Enders” term “Gods country”.
Herons House faces South East and is perched on a slight hill for
you to take full advantage of the fabulous ocean view. The best way
to either sip your morning coffee or serve your meals is on the deck,
in full sun, gazing out at the ocean judging the time by the ferries
sailing by.
Delight in watching the eagles and herons as they make their regular
appearance or stroll down to your private clam shell beach and say
hello to the swans.
Take pleasure in the convenient location of Herons House, a leisurely
walk and you are in the heart of Fulford Village where you can browse
the many unique shops, restaurants, convenience store, bakery, and
kayak rentals. Other conveniences include the Fulford harbour ferry
terminal, perfect for day trips to Vancouver Island or charter a boat
for a day of fishing at the marina. There is also a pub, beer and
wine store, and post office.
The main floor of the home (approx 1500sq ft) was built with an open
concept, this takes full advantage of natural light and the ocean
view. The living room opens onto the level deck. Upstairs (approx
1500sq ft) are the 3 bedrooms, and family room all with ocean views.
Upstairs there is also the 4 piece bath with a clawfoot tub to soak
away your urban troubles.....
Put your mind at ease and let the children play, the yard is completely
fenced. Other attractions to enjoy while at Herons House are ‘Drummond
Park’ (5 min drive) which is on the beach great for family picnics,
has a children’s playground. ‘Stowel Lake’ is just
a 20 min walk to great swimming with a child friendly beach.

MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS, WE ARE REQUIRED TO RENT VACATION
HOMES ON A MONTHLY BASIS. PERSONS USING LESS THAT THE FULL MONTH WILL
BE REIMBURSED A PROPORTIONATE AMOUNT OF RENT.
Rates: $7,600.00/ month for 1-4 people
$8,400.00/month for 5-6 people
Amenities: 3 bedrooms; 2 queens and 1 with 2 singles
2 bathrooms, 1 -4 piece main level, 1- 4 piece upstairs.
Kitchen: full size fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, cappuccino
maker etc...
Deck: Patio furniture, gas BBQ.
Family room: TV/VCR/DVD Computer with ADSL
Living room: library, stereo with CD player
Washer/Dryer
Considerations: Available July & August only.

Sorry - No Pets, No smoking and no indoor/outdoor fires May-October
