Stoney Ridge

This cozy new cottage (built in spring of 2003) is nestled on a woodsy ridge with ten acres of surrounding forest and open fields. The 640 square foot cottage boasts large windows with optimum privacy. Beautifully finished inside and out, an efficient use of space allows for all the comforts of a larger home. 

Experience the resident Bald Headed Eagles, White Tail Deer and Canadian Geese from the front doorstep. Take a short walk to one of several nearby beach accesses where you can enjoy a leisurely swim in the ocean or the serene sunsets. Or hike the neighboring Channel Ridge Trails for breath taking vistas of the beautiful Gulf Islands. 

Stony Ridge Cottage is furnished with one queen bed, one single top/double bottom bunk bed, and one double hide-a bed. It has a fully equipped kitchen with range, fridge, dishwasher and microwave oven, as well as a barbecue on the covered sundeck. A television, VCR, and stereo to complete the entertainment center.

DUE TO CURRENT MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS, WE ARE REQUIRED TO RENT VACATION HOMES ON A MONTHLY BASIS. PERSONS USING LESS THAT THE FULL MONTH WILL BE REIMBURSED A PROPORTIONATE AMOUNT OF RENT.

$3,600/month, Available July and August only.
